The ReliaCloud™ Infrastructure as a Service offering is a flexible, enterprise class offering designed to run traditional business applications in a secure and compliant operational framework.

The breadth and depth of technical certifications held by the team members have allowed Vital to achieve the highest levels of partner status with Cisco, HP, EMC, VMware and Microsoft.

Vital is a subsidiary of TDS Hosted & Managed Services, LLC (TDS HMS). During the last two years, TDS HMS has made multiple strategic acquisitions to position itself in the fast-growing hosted and managed services arena. The company added Vital Support Systems in June of 2012, OneNeck IT Services in June of 2011, VISI Incorporated in March 2010, and TEAM Technologies, LLC in Dec. 2010.

TDS HMS is growing rapidly and now employs 500+ people, who specialize in engineering and management of IT infrastructure, including: hosted application management, managed hosting, enterprise cloud services, and Tier III data centers.

	Vital Support Systems, LLC, based in Des Moines was, acquired June 2012. Vital provides technology solutions to businesses. Essentially, they offer a suite of data services which includes the planning, design, installation and management of business-critical communication components (servers, security, local and wide area networks, wireless, storage, voice & IP telephony).
	OneNeck IT Services, located in Scottsdale, Arizona was acquired in June 2011. OneNeck is a leading hosted application management and managed services provider offering a comprehensive, flexible suite of ERP outsourcing solutions. These solutions are designed specifically to help mid-market companies improve system performance. Solutions are customized regardless of the applications on which a company is running its IT environment.
	TEAM Technologies, based in Fitchburg, Wis. was acquired in December 2010. TEAM provides a wide-range of data center solutions including colocation, managed services, hosted services, and cloud computing to companies that range in size from small- and mid-sized businesses (SMB) to enterprise. Their Tier III data center facilities are located in Cedar Falls and Des Moines, Iowa and Fitchburg, Wis.
	VISI, based in Eden Prairie, Minn. was acquired in March 2010. VISI provides a wide-range of data center solutions including colocation, managed services, hosted services, and cloud computing to companies that range in size from small- and mid-sized businesses (SMB) to enterprise. The data center in Eden Prairie is Tier III while the St. Paul facility is a Tier II.
