Vital Support Systems KC Office Now Operational With Unified Communications System

Vital Support Systems, Kansas City -- Vital Support Systems is proud to announce that the Kansas City office now has a fully-operational Unified Communications System in its office, located at 2700 Bi-State Drive, Suite 500, Kansas City.  The system includes a call system demonstrating voice video collaboration, integrated voice and one-touch web conferencing, wireless phone integration and fundamental IP phone capabilities. 

IP telephony provides a way to extend consistent communications services to all employees in their workspaces, whether they are in main campus locations, branch offices, working remotely or are mobile.  It transmits voice communications over the network using open-standards-based Internet Protocol.

Cisco Unified Communications solutions can be used to provide communications that take advantage of LAN and WAN, and to improve employee agility and productivity through integration with innovative Cisco Unified Communications and third-party applications.
